Central Valley Medical Providers Earns 2018 Standard of Excellence Award

FRESNO, Calif., October 23, 2018 – Central Valley Medical Providers-MedPro (CVMP-MedPro) today announced that is has earned the prestigious Elite Status on the 2018 Standards of Excellence (SOE®) Survey for providing high-quality care to populations in Fresno and Madera counties. The annual survey, conducted by America’s Physician Groups (APG), serves as a blueprint for evaluating a physician group’s technical quality, responsive patient experience and affordability.

CVMP-MedPro, a leading independent physicians association with more than 750 in-network providers, received the sought-after Elite Status across all SOE categories including Care Management Practices, Health Information Technology, Accountability and Transparency, and Patient Centered Care.

The APG SOE survey scores 190 medical group members in 38 states, Washington D.C., and Puerto Rico. This year’s survey also included a special emphasis on important issues including social determinants of health and advanced care planning. This marks the second year that CVMP-MedPro has earned Elite Status.
